The Sacred organization has been a beacon of light in our city for more than a decade, providing resources, support, and healing for children and families impacted by abuse and neglect. On Thursday, May 30th, 2024, Red Door Woodfired Grill alongside the KC Ambassadors celebrated this year’s partnership with guests of the local Kansas City community. This year’s event was held at The Abbott, and raised thousands of dollars of support for our city. The night was filled with some of our woodfired favorite menu items and was an extra special event celebrating the Back-To-Back World Champion Chiefs organization.

The KC Ambassadors are led by this year’s President, Danan Hughes, former KC Chiefs Wide Receiver. Hughes and other members of the KC Ambassadors are committed to their continued support of the local Kansas City community. The highly anticipated 2024 KC Ambassadors Gala unveiled a new partnership for the KC Ambassadors with the Kansas City Police Athletic League. The Kansas City Police Athletic League is an organization dedicated to providing Kansas City’s youth with a safe, welcoming relationship with Police Officers in our community. Members of the KC P.A.L. strive to build positive relationships with our youth and their families through their active involvement in local events and academic efforts. The KC Ambassadors and the Kansas City Police Athletic League are both committed to continuous improvements in the lives of the youth in our community.
